Every year, on 50th day after the Easter Sunday, we celebrate Pentecost – from the Greek Πεντηκοστή (Pentēkostē) meaning “fiftieth” -, which officially commemorates the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles and other followers of Jesus, while they were in Jerusalem celebrating the Feast of Weeks, as described in the Acts of the Apostles (Acts 2:1–31).
The Festival of Weeks, called Shavuot in Hebrew (שבועות) or Day of the First Fruits, is a festival of the harvest celebrated seven weeks and one day after the first Sabbath of the Feast of Unleavened Bread.
Symbolically this celebration refers to the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, which is one of the 3 main baptismal rituals, or practices of cleansing and purification, mentioned in the Holy Scriptures, by Luke (3:16) and Matthew (3:11)
- Baptism with water
- Baptism with fire
- Baptism with the Holy Spirit
The first one refers to the possibility of our lives to be cleansed from acting wrongly, in the sense of the cleansing of our outward actions and our speeches.
The second one is the cleansing of our hearts, meaning our loves, desires and motives so that we may be no longer attracted by our selfish impulses.
The Baptism of the Holy Spirit refers to Truth, in the sense of the cleansing of our inward self, especially of our thoughts and beliefs.
When we are baptized with the Holy Spirit, our mind become enlightened by the guidance of the Holy Spirit into all the truth, allowing the transformation of our thinking, faith and beliefs in order to walk in the light of God’s spiritual truth.
“When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth; for he will not speak on his own, but will speak whatever he hears, and he will declare to you the things that are to come.” (John 16:13)
In the Aura-Soma Colour-Care® System, the colour energetically associated to the Holy Spirit is olive green, which is also the colour related to the feminine leadership of the heart, an optimistic hope in the loving nature of life itself.

The Equilibrium bottle 91, Olive/Olive, is a key to the understanding of this energy, which represents a letting go of the past, an awakening (the red of the Kundalini energy hidden in the olive) in order to go through a process of marination and become aware of the sweetness of Spirit: it describes a passage where our sense of self goes through a deep transformational phase where we understand that death is an opening to the higher truth, bringing a deep sense of peace and openness, as a new light is borne out of the circumstances of the past.
We are not who we think we are and, if we allow the old self to be transformed in the light of the Higher Truth, we will discover our true nature.
In esoteric numerology 50 is about change, it is called the Messenger between Heaven and Earth, the Path to the Universal Mind, the leaving behind of illusion, maya and glamour. 5 is the number of the soul and 0 is the potential hidden behind the idea we have about ourselves.

In the Aura-Soma Colour-Care® System bottle 50 is associated to Master El Moyra; it is the power behind the Throne of Consciousness. As we trust the “Thy Will be done” and we let go of the little will, we experience an intense sense of peace by realizing we need to let go of the control that we think we have on our life to learn to live life from now on in harmony with the greater whole.
This year Pentecost will be on 31st May 2020, which is “The will of creation can drive you forward” and it can be seen as:
31 + 5 + 2020 (2+0+2+0) = 40/4 Harmony thru conflict – Bringing the real into life, or 31 + 5 + 2020 (22) =58/13/ Opportunity, responsibility, growth. New cycle.
It is the beginning of a new cycle of action where something within us will be guided by something higher in order to bring a new opportunity in our lives. It is an opening to another level of our being that we need to dare to live.
Prayer to the Holy Spirit
Breathe into me, Holy Spirit,
that my thoughts may all be holy.
Move in me, Holy Spirit,
that my work, too, may be holy.
Attract my heart, Holy Spirit,
that I may love only what is holy.
Strengthen me, Holy Spirit,
that I may defend all that is holy.
Protect me, Holy Spirit,
that I may always be holy.
(Saint Augustine)
